Created in 2005, Batibig Group is specialised in the maintenance and renovation of real estate, condominiums, offices and houses. This OBO bis has enabled the entry of a new investor, alongside the historical investor Siparex, in the capital of the Batibig Group. As part of this transaction, the Batibig group also acquired the Hélios group, which is active in the finishing of buildings, maintenance and renovation (particularly energy).
The team was led by Emmanuel Vergnaud (partner), Iyad El-Boriny (associate) and Kévin Danga (lawyer) on the corporate aspects, by Stéphane Letranchant (partner) and Alice Mourot (lawyer) on the tax aspects.
