Sewan, one of France’s leading players in information and communication technologies on the B2B market, offers fixed and mobile telephony, messaging, data, collaborative work, hosting and cloud services, through an extensive network of distribution partners in 5 European countries.

This transaction, financed by Blackrock with the participation of Artemid as well as by the issue of revival bonds subscribed by Audacia, also enabled Kartésia to complete its investment in the Sewan group initially made in 2019.

This new structured financing will enable Sewan to pursue its expansion in France and Europe, in line with its latest external growth operations (notably the acquisition of Dutch telecom operator Pocos in April 2023).

VOLT Associés, represented by its partner Alexis Rapp, was among the members of the final jury of the “Company Reorganisation” mission, which is part of the “Entrepreneur” programme of Ecole Polytechnique and HEC. Through this programme, students from these two schools work on the development of a solution for the takeover or recovery of a company in difficulty. The objective is to confront the students with a situation of failure and to teach them how to deal with it.

Created in 2005, Batibig Group is specialised in the maintenance and renovation of real estate, condominiums, offices and houses. This OBO bis has enabled the entry of a new investor, alongside the historical investor Siparex, in the capital of the Batibig Group. As part of this transaction, the Batibig group also acquired the Hélios group, which is active in the finishing of buildings, maintenance and renovation (particularly energy).
